  Nothing short of excellent! Starting with our visit to the Granville Street showroom and the interaction there with Heather, who made an appointment for an in-home consultation. She came so fully prepared -- the selection and sales experience was flawless. For the install, Michael and Fong arrived on time, installed all four closet packages in decent time, taking such good care. They are not only skilled but have such endearing personalities. We enjoyed the visit, and they performed perfectly and exceeded expectations. We will boast about our closets and your business for some time!

We didn’t even know what we wanted, but our designer, Steph, made use of every inch of the space and came up with a 3D rendering that we were blown away by. Install was super smooth.
